RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

We’re a small family biz doing this while navigating grief - so every order means a lot to us. That said, we totally get that sometimes things don’t work out, and we want to make it right (without unnecessary frustration).
📦 30-DAY RETURN POLICY
You’ve got 30 days from the day your order lands to request a return. If 30 days have flown by, we’re probably outside the return window - but you can still reach out and we’ll see what we can do.
To be eligible for a return:

The item needs to be unused, unworn, in the same condition you got it

Tags attached (if applicable), original packaging included

Proof of purchase (receipt or confirmation email)
To start the process, flick us an email at griefngrit@gmail.com. Don’t just send stuff back without chatting to us first - we need to approve it and send you the right return details.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions to make the process smoother than your fifth cup of grief coffee.
🧯DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE?
If your item arrives broken, defective, or not what you ordered - email us straight away. We’ll sort it out fast and make it right. We’re human, and sometimes things go wrong, but we won’t leave you hanging.
🚫 NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Some things can’t be returned, and we want to be upfront about that:

Custom or personalised products

Perishables (food, plants, flowers)

Personal care items (used beauty or hygiene products)

Hazardous materials (flammable stuff, etc.)

Sale items and gift cards (those are final)
Not sure if your item fits into this? Just ask - we don’t bite.
🔁 EXCHANGES
Need a different item? The fastest way is to return the original and place a new order. Once the return is approved, you can go ahead and buy what you really wanted the first time (it happens to the best of us).
🇪🇺 EUROPEAN UNION CUSTOMERS
If you’re in the EU, you’ve got a 14-day cooling-off period by law. That means you can cancel or return your order for any reason, as long as it’s in its original condition (unworn, unused, tags intact). Same drill: email us and keep your receipt handy.
💰REFUNDS
Once your return arrives and passes the inspection (aka we check it’s still in top condition), we’ll let you know if it’s been approved.
If approved:

Refunds are sent back to your original payment method within 10 business days

Your bank or card provider might take a little longer to process it on their end
